He holds numerous positions including; Secretary of the Party Committee of Yinchuan Guolong Hospital, the Director of Ningxia Guolong Medical Development Co., Ltd., and is a standing member of the Orthopedics Committee of the National Association of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Orthopedics.

Dr. Guo also serves as chairman of the Ningxia Committee of the Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Orthopedics, and vice chairman of the Ningxia Orthopedics Association. Additional positions consist of; chairman of the Private Hospitals Management Committee of Ningxia Hospital Management Association, chairman of the Commercial Committee of the Ningxia General Association of Social Organizations, a standing committee member of the Shanghai Private Hospital Association, member of Orthopedic Committee and Spinal Surgery Committee of the Shanghai Physicians Association and the member of the Spinal Surgery Committee of Pudong New Area of Chinese Medical Association.
