Capital Healthcare Group

In May of 2015, through a shared mutual interest and vision towards the emerging China healthcare industry, Capital Healthcare Group and PreferUS Healthcare entered into a initial partnership. Our first collaborative effort consisted of a design and build out plan for an orthopedic hospital project involving the Beijing JiShuiTan Hospital which is widely recognized as the number one orthopedic hospital in China. The success of this initial project has led CHG and PreferUS into deeper discussions regarding the development of a joint venture healthcare company as well as partnering in other free-standing surgical hospital opportunities. It is expected that this partnership will attract additional projects in the future and further the growth of both entities throughout China.

Capital Healthcare Group (CHG), is the healthcare business unit of China state-owned enterprise, Beijing State Asset Management Group (BSAM). CHG has deep relationships throughout the China healthcare sector and capital markets as well as a history of a strong cooperation with the central, provincial and municipal government entities. The immediate goal for CHG is to move the China healthcare system reform forward and to “satisfy people’s diversified medical requirements” as well as cover “all areas of the healthcare service industry through brand construction.”
